Belfort MiniERP is a modern enterprise resource planning and revenue intelligence suite designed to eliminate Excel-based business tracking. It provides executives and operational teams with an automated single source of truth across revenue trajectory audits, top revenue-generating anchors, accounts receivable collections, and procurement governance.

Problem Space
Belfort's business tracking was historically handled across complex, fragmented Excel workbooks. As transaction volume scaled, manual data entry, spreadsheet corruption, and decoupled procurement and collections workflows caused substantial delays and visibility blind spots.
Manual spreadsheet entry across multiple departments led to data inconsistencies and formula breakdown
Monthly financial audits required days of manual Excel reconciliation before numbers could be trusted
Lack of real-time visibility into customer revenue velocity and overdue collections aging
Procurement and spend tracking were disconnected from incoming revenue, clouding true operating margins
Version sprawl across desktop Excel files created data integrity and security vulnerabilities
Process
I audited daily spreadsheets used by sales, collections, and purchasing departments to map every data touchpoint. I then architected a compiled Rust backend coupled with a relational PostgreSQL model, containerized the platform via Docker, and deployed on Contabo cloud infrastructure with an intuitive Next.js executive dashboard.
Built high-throughput backend services in Rust for compile-time memory safety, sub-millisecond query execution, and reliable financial calculations
Containerized the entire application ecosystem with Docker and Docker Compose for deterministic multi-service isolation
Deployed on Contabo high-performance cloud VPS infrastructure with Nginx reverse proxying and automated SSL
Selected Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS for responsive executive dashboards and Recharts trajectory visualizations
Engineered real-time 'Revenue Anchors' and collections pipelines to replace manual spreadsheet workflows
Delivered System
A comprehensive web-based ERP platform that unifies commercial administration into four dedicated operational modules: Revenue Hub, Performance Audits, Collections Management, and Procurement Governance.
Live aggregation of total revenue (TZS 46.2M+), velocity metrics against prior periods, monthly averages, and active consumer volume.
Interactive time-series charts (Chronos / Vector views) comparing multi-month revenue trends and trajectory velocities.
Automated ranking of high-performing products and key enterprise clients to optimize inventory and sales focus.
Real-time receivables tracker to monitor outstanding customer invoices and accelerate collection velocity.
Structured purchase order workflows and supplier spend logs that prevent unauthorized expenditures.
Centralized relational store with audit logs and access controls, eliminating desktop spreadsheet vulnerabilities.
Technical Stack
Hybrid full-stack architecture pairing a compiled, memory-safe Rust backend service handling ledger computation and high-concurrency API endpoints with a Next.js executive frontend. The entire stack is containerized using Docker and Docker Compose, running in production on a Contabo cloud server behind an Nginx reverse proxy.
Measured Impact
Belfort MiniERP successfully transitioned day-to-day administration off fragile spreadsheets into an automated, real-time command center.
